全自动聚羧酸合成设备设备工作原理：PRC设置储存生产配方，由控制系统采集地磅输出信号，转换为电流信号，控制EN电脑主机，由电脑输出信号控制各工作单元电源。各原液罐，依次按设置好的配方往搅拌罐里添加原料，原料添加完毕后主搅拌机自动启动，生产完成后设备自动报警。
